Referal Program

You must be an active Basic or Full member to receive a referral fee. The referral fee is $50.00 CDN if the new member signs up for the Basic or Full membership only. This amount will be transferred to the sponsor through their Paypal account only. No other means will be used to transfer the fee. If you do not have a Paypal account then your referral fee will be void. The new member must include your full name in the registration form field otherwise the referral fee will be void. No referral fee will be back dated. We recommend that you get your sponsor's full name and make sure it is spelled properly.

Cancelling Your Membership:

You can cancel your membership at any time. No refund or partial refund will be given. All referral fees will be void. Your User ID and Password will be removed from our database. If you decide to reinstate your membership you will have to pay the full amount as if you were registering for the first time.

Dispute Resolution

All claims, disputes or controversies (whether in contract or tort, pursuant to statute or regulation, or otherwise, and whether pre-existing, present or future) arising out of or relating to: (a) these Terms and Conditions of Use; (b) this site; (c) any advertisement or promotion relating to these Terms and Conditions of Use or this site; or (d) the relationship which results from these Terms and Conditions of Use (including relationships with third parties who are not party to these Terms and Conditions of Use) (collectively "Claim"), will be referred to and determined by arbitration. If you have a claim, you should give Ruby Holistic Healing a written notice to arbitrate at Ruby Holistic Healing. Arbitration of claims will be conducted in such forum and pursuant to such rules as you and Ruby Holistic Healing agree upon, and failing agreement will be conducted by one arbitrator pursuant to the laws and rules relating to arbitration in the province of Manitoba that are in effect on the date of the notice to arbitrate.

General

Except for the Terms and Conditions of Purchase which govern all orders made through this Site and the Membership Rules which apply to all dealings between members and Ruby Holistic Healing, these Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Ruby Holistic Healing with respect to your use of this site and supercede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating thereto. In the event of an inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Membership Rules, these Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail. In the event of an inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall prevail. No failure by Ruby Holistic Healing or you to exercise any rights, powers or remedies hereunder or its delay to do so shall constitute a waiver of these rights, powers or remedies. The single or partial exercise of a right, power or remedy shall not prevent its subsequent exercise or the exercise of any other right, power or remedy. If any provision of this Agreement or part thereof is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the illegality, invalidity or unenforceability of that provision will not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder of the provision or the remaining provisions of this Agreement, as the case may be, or the legality, validity or enforceability of that provision or part thereof in any other jurisdiction. We are committed to protecting the personal information of persons visiting our web site (“Customers”) and users of our Web site (“Users”).
